Before you start
Add tours, prices and availability. Online collection requires an enabled payment gateway and valid merchant credentials.
Limits and costs
Currencies, fees and payment methods depend on the gateway. Cancellation releases seats but does not automatically return money. Refunds require a separate action and outcome review.
Choose the right plan
Review plans and usage limits before subscribing. Availability depends on plan, permissions and required connections; external provider fees are not automatically included.

Questions about this feature
Do I need a Stripe account?
No. You can record payments manually (cash/transfer), collect online through the platform, or connect your own Stripe whenever you like.
Can a guest pay only part of the price?
Yes. Send a link for the deposit amount and record the rest when it’s paid.
Do children use seats?
Choose booking or seat capacity per tour and whether children use seats. Child prices and extras are saved with the booking.
Does the ticket include a QR code?
Confirmed bookings can receive a ticket. Opening the QR displays it; check-in requires an authorised signed-in staff member.
